Store opening activation on Bahnhofstrasse Zurich
A new flagship store at Bahnhofstrasse 69a. Rituals needed charismatic hosts and an eye-catcher that would stop passers-by and bring them into the store. PROMOKANT delivered the complete package: a pink eCargo bike, trained hosts and proactive engagement right at the entrance.
Rituals was opening its new flagship store and Mind Oasis at Bahnhofstrasse 69a. In the dense pedestrian flow of Switzerland's most prestigious shopping street, the brand needed attention that would make people pause and walk into the store.
How we made it happen.
eCargo bike as eye-catcher
Our pink eCargo bike right in front of the store, with white parasol and flyer display. Visible from across the street and finely tuned to the RITUALS aesthetic.
Hosts in RITUALS look
One to two hosts per day in the brand's signature red. Charismatic, extroverted and trained in mindfulness and wellbeing, authentic to the brand's spirit.
Active engagement instead of silent distribution
No silent flyer hand-out. The hosts spoke about the opening, the Mind Oasis and the launch gifts. Inviting, never pushing.
Weather-proof deployment
Wind and rain included. The atmosphere remained open, interested and positive. All flyers distributed by Friday evening, with no missed shifts and no loss of quality.

Younger audiences already knew the activation through influencers. Older customers were drawn in by friends and showed pronounced interest in trying products. Gift sets and spa offers performed particularly well; several customers purchased on the spot or noted offers for later. RITUALS was perceived as approachable, premium and engaging.
